Every secondary sale pays 5 percent to the forge of record, Pulse Forge (#94), credited from each sale by two keepers' signed report and claimable by the deed holder, and 5 percent to the Gold Drip. Attach it to an NPC or a GPUccia to earn the Gold Drip. It detaches freely. A seal detaches on its own when it moves wallets or when its creature changes hands, even between your own wallets. For a GPUccia, that happens at its next ownership check. Re-attaching costs 3 coins. Bust it up to reclaim the NGT inside, less a 10% bust up fee, and the seal is destroyed forever.
